My Story
The common thread of my professional experience is, simply put, people.

I’m grateful to have worked in many cause-based organizations to drive impact around issues of housing, education, mentoring, and social justice. I’ve learned to employ a variety of different strategies to continue to innovate, and in a world of limited resources the non-profit environment taught me to be creative.

In 2017, I began to develop my design skills through blogs, books, and sought out a design mentor. Applying these skills yielded significant increases accross key metrics, and I began to truly understand that design is a powerful strategy strategy.

I have a background in social sciences with years of experience defining challenges, building team consensus, and finding collaborative solutions that move organizational priorities forward.

I believe that good research should be compelling, actionable, and thoughtfully communicated. I have years of experience public speaking, and love the opportunity to present to internal/external stakeholders!
